RIP Olivia Newton-John (1948-1022)
My good friend from my Army Band days, Tim McDonald (Nashville based keyboard player) was her band leader for a number of years. He toured with her extensively. He said she was absolutely the best to work for.
Breast Cancer is what took her.

Olivia Newton John had some great songs in her early career. I remember playing Pedal Steel Guitar and backing several female singers that would sing her songs. She was a very Pretty Lady too. RIP Olivia Newton John |

Olivia was a sweetheart, and touched the hearts of Americans. Always upbeat and positive in her interviews. Sad to hear of her passing. |

Such sad news that Olivia Newton John has died.
She certainly was a great talent with so many big hit songs.
We lost our mother to the same kind of cancer.
Prayers for he family and loved ones. _________________ Inlaid Star Guitar 2006 by Mark Giles. SD-10 4+5 in E9th; http://luthiersupply.com/instrument-gallery.html
