I play it's D12 big brother, sweet guitar, killer tone, smooth and easy action. Someone grab this awesome beauty at a great price! I even like the integrated key head, less dust to pry out. Wish mine had the chrome levers and pedals...

John - thanks for the kind words and thoughtful opinion. If not for buying a Lacquer SKH that belonged to Buddy Charlton, and Billy Knowles put his magic into (thank you Billy!!!), I'd be more than happy with the Mullen. But with a guitar I'd wanted since I was a young man, it's time for someone else to enjoy this one. Again, thanks for the assessment. Bake

I meet Dell in 1989 when he had his work shop in a backyard shed behind his house near Denver.
I had one of his early 12 strings that needed a new case which he ordered and shipped to me soon after.
At that time he was building those tuning machines into his keyheads.
Having had a tiny bit of milling experience myself from a class I'd taken I was very impressed with Del's work and efforts.
That was before he had the bigger place he has now and his hair was not yet gray.

Maybe thats why the first time I could afford to have a custom steel made it was Del Mullen's crew I had do it. Mike was in charge of the build and was very good to deal with.
They are really very nice people doing great work there.

ALL -

Due to an illness in my family, I am going to remove the guitar at this time.

Bob, please close and I will relist when possible.

Thank you to everyone that inquired and I apologize.
