Finally found a use for my Schubb SP-2! I just turn it sideways and lay my bullet bar in the groove so it doesn't fall off the table when I'm not playing. Who says American ingenuity is dead?! |

I knew I shouldn't throw mine out. That's a perfect use for it! Good one, Carey. |

I sold an old steel recently, one that I would never play again. The buyer, a steel newbie, asked me where he could get a tonebar locally. I told him he'd find it difficult and then generously donated my Shubb. It had been lying around, unused for years!

In the spirit of Turnabout is Fairplay, bullet bars do not make good door stops, bullet bars do not make good paper weights and last but not least ... bullet bars are about the same size as the ammo that goes into an elephant gun, but that would give the elephant an unfair advantage. |
