Is there one in existence in SoCal any more? Steel Guitars of North County appears to be closed, or at least their phone number no longer works.
I feel like I've asked this question before but cannot find where it was answered.

I haven't heard anything about it closing. Palenscar was quite recently on a fishing vacation.

Well, I hope that's at least part of the issue. That still does not explain his business phone having a disconnected message.
I've sent him an email using the address on the website, so hopefully I'll get a reply and can take my steel in to be looked at.
