Hi Ron, I think of it as a speaker cabinet and as such put it towards the end of the chain. My reverb unit is the last as that’s emulating the room or hall.
Of course it depends on which effects you want to be impacted by your other effects. _________________ MCI Arlington S-10 3+5, George L E-66, BJS & Emmons bars, Fender Stage Lead II 100W 1x12, Fender Satellite SFX, custom FX rack, 1983 Dobro 60D, SX-8 lap steel, Martin D16GT, Ibanez AS73, 1978 Rickenbacker 4000 custom. |

Your black box should always be the first thing in your Chain connected direct to the guitar. I have found that my rotary doesn't care where in the chain it is as long as it is before the volume pedal. I have an effects loop pedal that my guitar plugs into. If I switch it on, the signal goes through my effects. Except for my Zoom pedal that is plugged into my amps effects loop for reverb/delay. If the loop is off, it returns an unaffected signal back to my volume pedal. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) .
