Just a FYI… A while back I started a thread asking for suggestions on stools for a short lap steel player. Being 5’ 6” tall I found that most stools that I have come across have just been too tall. They wouldn’t allow the guitar to sit level on on legs. After trying a few different options, I came across pedicure technician stools. They generally have a adjustable seat height of 13”-16”. I found this range to be perfect for me. I have found them for sale on different salon supply shop websites and Amazon.

Do you have a link for the 2nd pictured chair? Which one did you buy? _________________ Currently own, 6 Groner-tone lap steels, one 1953 Alamo Lap steel, Roland Cube, Fender Champion 40 |
