In excellent condition and if a case is included, I would guess around $1500-$1700. _________________ Darvin Willhoite
MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, a restored MSA Classic SS, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Also a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored Rose S10, named the "Blue Bird". Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also have a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks, and a showroom condition Sho-Bud Super Pro. |

Prices for both new and used pedal steel guitars have gone up significantly in the past couple of years!
And with that in mind, I'd say the value would be $1,600 to $2,000 if it's a plywood/'mica body, and $2,000 to $2,400 if it's the solid maple body. |

Thanks guys. It's a mica guitar. But it's in good condition with original case. |

Those guitars are built like tanks. The only caution might be, if you want to add any changes I am just GUESSING, it is probably hard to find parts. _________________ Bill Cunningham

Also guessing, but Jim Palenscar used to be a good source for MSA parts, if I recall correctly. _________________ Christopher Woitach

Start off at $2500.00 & go up from there. You can't replace it for that. You might decide to keep it, if it sets awhile. But if you give it away, it'll be gone a long time... _________________ Steel Guitar players are members of a Special Family |

Old MSA Steel guitars are a good hedge against inflation. |
