I was very fortunate to get my hands on Buddys 1976 Dobro, I kept original strings it came with for a long time, end finally decided to change it... tonight I took the old strings off, cleaned the instrument and installed a set of new strings, and this thing is first of all gorgeous, and second it growls lol .. it definitely has a balls, and tons of mojo , just an awesome instrument all around... case is original, all beat up , and with s tons of character... when you open the case you can just feel a half of century in the air, absolutely amazing instrument... I took a few pix, and wanted to share with you...hope you like it.,,

If you want it signed, send it to me in Georgia and I will do the honors. Any name you like.

I guarantee that it will get lost and somehow stay in Georgia... Smile

Thanks for sharing and glad it did make it to it's home.

lol thanks Tony , been watching a news today about air traveling nightmare , air traveling industry lost or fired tons of people in the last couple years because of covid , and now there is just not enough workers to take care of all the travelers , European air travel industry is a huge mess right now with tons of cancelled and delayed flights , and gazillion pieces of lost luggage … and season is just kicking off… this is going to be one big mess … I think I was actually very lucky with my lost luggage lol
