The tuning is OPEN G# E B G# E B LKL Raises E,s to F LKR lowers E,s to Eb RKR (3rd) lowers B to Bb RKL lowers(1st)G# to G and (5) E to D

I defer to Jim, but it looks like the Lone Star steel that Jim Flynn has built for a few years.

I think this is right. It has most of the standard 10-string E9th.
