Just wondering if anyone out there have any Tone Aligners pick ups to sell.
I have new Williams that was built for that has the George L 66.
And My old Rains has the Tone Aligners, and the Rains has way more bite then the George L's.
Even the Telonics dont compare. |

I’m not building them anymore. There are a couple things telonics didn’t understand when they copied my tonealigners. I tried to tell them in a conversation I had with Dave Beaty but he was so busy telling me I couldn’t sue them that he didn’t listen. Telonics pickups are much better made than mine and the longer pole pieces are a good idea. I offered to work with them and transition the business to them but Dave told me some line of crap about how he losses money on every pickup because of his bench time costs and a short lecture on copyright law. They were also unsuccessful at copying Tribotone bars . They are very good at writing lengthy instructions and descriptions though ! _________________ Bob |

Mate
Its a shame you have stopped making them.
I know i am grateful to have in my opinion the best sounding pickups sitting in my Emmons PP and the Rains.
Thanks for making them for me.
As for my next choices I am not sure. |

I have a tone alighner that i purchased from Bob several years ago.
It’s a widemount wound at 18k (I think), sounded great in my p/p, (I just went back to an emmons pu).
Let me know if you have any interest, I would prefer someone get some good use out of it. |

I’ve got one to sell. It’s 18,000 ohms. I bought it several years ago and never got around to installing it in my Emmons. I’ll take $75 plus shipping. PayPal is OK. Let me know |
