Friends, I am having difficulty in getting my Hal Rugg setting #93 back to its original setting. A friend of mine put the card in and it didn’t reset it back. I have tried to set it manually but I simply don’t know how. Could someone please help out by giving me a layman’s step by step direction to get that setting back? If It is a matter of a phone call send me your number via private message. Thank you so much.

I am not a wizard with the ProFex, but I believe I can help you. If you want to give me a call in about around 10am CST I will try to help.

Short of that, I will be happy to send you my spare card and let you reload and then send the card back.
You just pay the postage both ways (about $5 each way).
