Once up a time there was two or three young boys passin thru
Guthrie Oklahoma, was the late 40es or early 50es and they were playing
music in a local bar and they were really good.
This kid playing the steel was fantastic, I am suprised his steel
was not hot coals when he finished.
What really impressed me was the lead work on "Moanin the Blues".
I have never been able to duplicate it.
Now if that was you I would like to have the tab (6 String) for
"Moanin the Blues" or the notes.
Thanks.

I've never run across any tab for Moanin' the Blues, but if the player you mentioned had a similar style to the Hank Williams record, you might find the Don Helms tab book "Your Cheatin' Heart" at Scotty's Music helpful. I don't remember Moanin' the Blues being in there, but by learning the basic Don Helms licks and passages for the other tunes, you'll be able to apply it to Moanin the Blues.

Hope this helps -
