Email modern music masters and ask about Paul's course where he teaches how to use the pedal. He used to sell it for 20 bucks. I'm not sure if it's still available but it's worth a shot. Is a great CD course taught by Paul himself.
Or send forum member John Spaulding a PM and ask him about the CD. He's the administrator at Modern Music Masters. |

Mike Johnson uses this pedal a lot and you can here it up front and clear here on the intro, solo and ending:

It works better with a bit of sustain or at least a long sustaining guitar as the lower strings die out fast throughout all the pedal actuations. In my case I keep the amp gain super high and crank the volume pedal up fast at the end to get the last notes to ring out.
I'm just as impressed with Jimmy Capp's rhythm playing where he uses the flatpick double bass string hit before strumming the chord. He really knows how to blend in while adding nice backup fill. This is clearly shown starting at 3:17. |

Really nice too Greg, soulful playing by Mike,
I don't even have it on a guitar right now, but I do like the pedal quite a bit,
Greg
