Thought you all might get a kick out of my V . Grover extendanut, bustbucker alnico5s. My first delve into playing slide and I been hooked ever since.
My band mates call it the TrailerParkSteel( no offense anyone I like trailers)
On my new old National I picked up I’m digging A6 on the bottom andE13 on the top, the 8 strings are completely new to me but so cool. I want to learn some nice country licks, but I always end up in the blues all swampy & Hendrixy LOL

Looks great to me! I like using Epiphone guitars as lap steel because of price and humbuckers. Where does your band play (I'm in Indy.)

Hi Mike , we’re based around Kokomo , not giging at present but we get together weekly to jam, write, and record .
Here is the V in action, The band is called Nick McGinnis and the Soup DeVille . There is a bunch of solo acoustic stuff on our YouTube channel but all the full band stuff has the V on it. Here are a couple of my favorites.
