That is the only full endplate S8 I have seen with an Emmons eight string pickup. You usually find a Barcus Berry or the pickups with four slots like a toaster. I believe that is the only Emmons eight pole piece pickup I have ever seen. And it is the only S8 I have seen with normal metal button Emmons Klusons. Usually you find the cheaper Klusons with black plastic buttons.
This is like a Hawaiian version of the Black Rock and is probably for sale now for less than new fifty years ago.
