Steve, Question about the disk, I install all my tracks on itunes, that way I can pick any track with the click of a mouse and do not have to mess with disk, My basic question? Are the song titles encoded on the disk, I don't mean just a list in the disk, that wont work, the titles must be ENCODED into the disk when they are originally made. Itunes will still record the song but the list will indicate item one, two and so on, this will not change my mind as to order the disk or not but will save me from manually having to type in the titles, thanks and let me know _________________ Ray Thomas

I asked around, and the titles do not come up automatically. If I decide to do another, I'll be sure to make that happen. |

I bought I and II and I am coming back for III and IV. These are very well done. I play them through my PA while I practice and they sound great. Good job Steve. The titles (and the key for each song)did come up on my iTunes when I loaded these on my iPod - for which I was very thankful! _________________ Show Pro SD10 guitars

Thanks, Fred. I don't know if that will be the case for III and IV. That's the kind of thing that can slip by at the end of a project as you watch the studio clock tick off dollars and cents. Sorry for any inconvenience. |

Even if I have to enter it for III and IV it will be worth it. I love being able to scroll through the iPod and pick tracks and your I and II were the first out of about 6 other CDs from other vendors that had the song info. _________________ Show Pro SD10 guitars

Is there anywhere else that I can hear some samples of this collection?
I can not get the link to play, and I give after a week of trying.
Thanks! |

I have them all.
You can back the singer or Just play it all.
I have many tracks and this is about as good as it gets.my studio is very small and I play them through a Session 500. While my Zum is through a Quilter Steelaire.
I have a lot of gear but, this was the best eighty bucks I ever spent.
Thanks Steve. |

Thanks Steve, got 'em already (arrived in just a couple of days) and I completely agree with what others have said. These tracks were extremely well done and sure seem to make practicing a whole lot more fun! _________________ Psalm 33:2 Maybe they did have steels back then... |

Hi, as a new lap steel player I think these would be pretty helpful to me. A little confused though. What exactly is included in a purchase? Is each track a complete background track less the vocal? What if I don't want to just improvise over the track and want to also play the melody but don't know the song? What's the difference between a vocal and non vocal version? Thanks, carey |

The tracks with vocals are like what would happen in a band situation-intro, vocal, solo, etc. The non vocal versions are the same music, just without vocals, allowing the player to do it all. |
