Estate find. 76 PP 8x4. Looks like played very little. Comes with original vol pedal and Emmons sales brochure.

LL raises E's
RL lowers E's
LR raises 1 but needs adjustment
RR lowers 2 with a half stop

Extra Knee and some hardware included. Looks like he had made some changes then removed. Very tight and solid. Plays and sounds great even with strings that look many years old. Don't think it was ever oiled. Excellent. $4500. Taking offers. Thanks, Pat

Man I sure love that wood stove. I also have a soapstone stove out in the middle and where you live I'm sure it is the bee's knees.
