Contemplating selling my beloved dobro! I just don't pick it up like I thought I would. It does me no good sitting in the case. This is a world class Myrtle wood Appalchian squareneck. L body style has tons of volume and great balanced tone. I'd be asking 1600 for it.

And I suspect it sounds as good as it looks!

More pics would certainly help. Also, what vintage is it? Or, in more broad terms, was it built by Tom, or by Tony? I'm guessing by Tom - it just looks like his style - The guitars I've seen by Tony (who trained with Tom and bought out the Appalachian name) are usually a bit more blinged out. But, while not heavy on bling, Tom's guitars are very famous for having superb tone. Disclaimer - I own a Tom Warner reso. Either way, I bet this sounds sweet!

It was a Tom Warner build. A magnificent piece but it did sell this past weekend locally.
