My clumsy fingers have so much trouble tuning the pedals and levers at the changer with the small tool I have. The only way I can do it accurately is by taking off my fingerpicks.

I’ve looked everywhere that I know online, so I thought I’d ask….

Does anybody make a wrench for tuning the hex nuts with a long stem and a big handle…..like a screwdriver sized wrench with a hex nut socket? I think that would be great to have.

My steel pretty much lives in my studio these days, and I have space for a tool like this….

I use this on my workbench, just a shorty ratcheting handle and a 3/16" nutdriver bit. Pop the bit into your cordless driver to remove those nuts really fast!

Either of these is a significant improvement.

My Encore came with a 5mm screwdriver style hex driver. Bug rubber handle.

I assume your local Menards will have any size you need.

On sale no less...

The handle on this one is bigger and more grippy.

If you are having a grip problem in your right hand. This may help. A cheap soft metal deep well 3/16" socket, Drill a hole through the socket and put a round rod or a piece of hex wrench that will fit split tuning adjustment screws.

Use a steel one, as opposed to an aluminum one, to keep your tuning nuts from turning dinjy grey and dirty looking.

My Carter Starter did not come with a wrench so I bought this one :

EDIT: The image says 5/16" but the listing is 3/16", might be a mistake from the website.

I also received the large-handled 'driver with my Zum Encore. In a fit of stupidity I sold the Encore last year but I still have that hex-tuner. I have countless others but that big hand-grip is easily my favourite and sits next to me at all times.
