SOLD!

A lot has changed since I ordered this from Todd Clinesmith a couple of years ago. My band no longer needs a steel player, I've switched to bass, and it's hard for me to justify keeping the money wrapped up in this steel, wonderful though it is.

This is basically the stock model, the only upgrade being the raised-graphic necks. The Bigsby pickups are wonderfully warm without being muddy. I played just a couple of shows with this steel before Covid hit and shut down my live gigs, and it remains minty clean. It comes with the SKB hard case shown.

I'm asking $3500 including Paypal fees and shipping within the continental US, or $3300 if you're able to pick it up. Knock off an additional $100 if you can pay cash on pickup or mail a USPS money order. I'll drive anywhere in CT, RI, or MA west of Boston to meet you.

These pics are from Todd Clinesmith before he shipped it; I will take new pictures shortly, but again, it still looks exactly like this.

This is an incredible deal on a beautiful guitar. Wish I needed another one.

I am prepared to take a page from the current real estate market and accept far more than the asking price if offered. Razz

The scale length on this is 24.5", and the string spacing at the bridge is 2.5".

My goodness this is a work of art. It definitely falls in the "can't justify" and "I'm not good enough to own" ..yet still want it!

Don't say that too loudly, my wife will hear (I similarly am playing a lot more bass out than steel)

Todd does great work for sure!

It's a little-known fact that Paul Bigsby single-handedly killed off the passenger pigeon.

Somebody please buy this so I don't have to.

I already told my wife I want to buy a console steel that I can't even remotely play but still want it real bad.
