Guitar is in nearly flawless condition and sounds awesome.
I’m in far NW Houston area and pretty much wheelchair bound. I would have to hire someone to pack and ship. Asking $4500

I was going to buy this, but I have no way to Houston with my move in progress. It's a really good deal, and I would encourage anyone to purchase this awesome steel.

Another person backed out. I am a bit disappointed but truthfully, this was my dream guitar that I ordered new with every option. It currently would run $6k new as set up.
If it sells fine. If not, that’s fine too.
