Ron,
After trying pretty much everything out there I settled on the NUX Roctary. It does fast and slow, it ramps up and down, It has a drive circuit to add distortion, and you can blend in lower and upper octaves. You can also isolate the octave signals and/ or the drive signal, making it 3 seperate pedals. Plus it's reasonably priced. Is it the best? No, but it's the best bang for the buck.

Time out.
Need to clarify something.

Let's assume that this is for the PSG.
That said............

Do you want to sound like an organ?
Or do you want to sound like the guitar going through a Leslie speaker?

They are not the same thing.

The NUX sounds really good in the on line demos that I've seen, but it is NOT an organ machine, but rather a Leslie simulator.

You can get into organ territory well with a polyphonic octave harmonizer (octave up or octave down, I prefer up most of the time) and a leslie emulator pedal Strymon Lex etc.

The organ simulator is either the B9 or C9 made by Electro-Harmonics. They both make sounds like multiple types of organs with a flick of a switch.

Opinions about Leslie simulators will (and should) vary, but my vote and dollars go with the Neo Instruments Ventilator pedal.
I’ve owned several real Leslies, and the Ventilator is the most convincing to my ears.
Aside from the fast, slow and stop modes, it can add overdrive, if desired too.
My 2 cents.

Here’s a clip of the B9 and Wah for the organ voice, and the Neo Ventilator for a Leslie.....

If you want to get an authentic rotary speaker sound, you need to have a stereo amp setup.

To get that I use a B9 pedal and Boss RT-20. There are better rotating speaker effects, I just don't have them yet.

If you played a Hammond B3 without a rotating speaker it wouldn't sound like anything but an organ. You need both, an organ sound and a rotating speaker sound, combined.

Lee Warren already noted the better rotating speaker effect pedal.

Here's a lengthy discussion:
