Volume pot goes backwards

This volume pot on my Fender 400 works backwards . Is it an easy change to get it working the right way ? Presently anti clockwise turns volume up .

Yes that is wired around the wrong way
Hot from the pickup should go to the right hand terminal, Hot to the output jack should be from the centre terminal, and ground from the pickup and to the jack on the left terminal (and connected to the back of the pot)
