I'd guess those are a custom-made item for pedal steelers, and that you're not going to find them anywhere else. You could make something similar by drilling and installing a cut off Allen wrench into a nut-driver, but I'm not sure it would be worth the effort. |

I don't see an advantage to those. Its rare that I have the need for an Allen wrench anymore. And if I were to need one, I'd need a standard Allen wrench with the "L" shape. |

Many Steel Guitars with split tuning needs an allen wrench to adjust the split tuning lower stops.
A 3/16" Hex and allen wrench combo would be handy when tuning the guitar. |

I had allen head screws for the 5th and 6th splits on the Franklin. I rarely had to adjust them, and can't remember adjusting them the last 10 years I had the guitar. To be fair, I used the same brand/gauges of strings. |

You can fashion one from a reg. tuning wrench yourself if you have a drill press and cutoff wheel, Dremel etc.
Find the right size hex wrench and cut it to the desired length. Drill a hole about 1/4 to 3/8 inch deep in the knob end of the tuning wrench a bit smaller than the allen so that you have to drive it in the hole. Those allen wrenches are hardened and tough so you're not going to do much damage by using a hammer.
Then dress the pounded end if necessary with a file or sandpaper. I do it all the time.
If you don't have the shop means to do that, maybe a neighbor, buddy etc. could do it for you.
I have several sizes as they are handy for other things besides the split screws...Knee lever adj screws, guitar saddle adj. screws etc.
Here's a couple:

Well, you're welcome Anthony. I'm sorry I didn't see Donny's post with the same idea first. I hate duplicating someone else' reply.
Anyway, looks like James has come to the rescue.
Otherwise, I just do them for myself but I would be happy to do one for you as a favor if you supply the proper components. |

I had one of those that came in a box of stuff I bought. Tommy Detamore told me he thought it was a tool that came with a Zum. I sent it to Anthony and he messaged me today and said it suited his need. |

Thanks, James. It is perfect! 7/64" allen wrench, exactly what's needed for the Emmons LeGrande. Donation sent to b0b! I am grateful for your generosity!
