I tried to order from Playbetterbluegrass and they no longer carry it even though it is listed on their website. Kind of lame

Well, jeez...

Maybe you could go to your local library and ask if they could do a interlibrary loan for the material. The downtown branch of the Eugene Public Library (Eugene Oregon) has a copy available on their shelves. Just a thought ...
