Reluctantly I am submitting this instrument for sale. It has served me well but medical expenses are pressing. It has a 24 inch scale length. Bruce Zumsteg consented to make the 9 string pickups (about 17.8 K ohms) That's right 9 strings not 8.. Tone wise (and tone is according to personal taste) but this one sounds better than any
Fender I have owned or heard. The string spacing is the same as the standard pedal steel.. It has a sturdy case with compartments to store the 4 legs and accessories. The price is $1,750.00 and that includes the freight to it's destination (except out of the U.S.A.)

I think we all share your reluctance, Thiel, but our overall health and well being are fundamentals of a happy, creative life. It’s worth many times in value considering the organizing of plans, resources, and time spent towards finishing the project. I hope all goes smoothly for you . And that the lucky, new ‘custodian’ appreciates every effort made. 😎
