Help Request in Daytona Flordia

I have an inquiry from an older player owning a Carter-Starter that needs an adjustment.

He is located in the Daytona area of Florida & does not know anyone who can help him.

I suspect it is a very minor problem, possibly being just replacing a Nylon Tuner?
