Hey everyone,
I’m looking to trade my ‘73 Sho Bud LDG for a D10 or U12.
It’s got an Emmons standard setup with E’s on the left, and a Bill Lawrence 710 pickup.
It’s in a solid road case and has never let me down!
Feel free to holler at me if you’re interested!

Hey Ricky,
It’s #5237, just double checked a serial list and it looks like I might be off by a year. Is this actually a ‘74? I was told it was ‘73 by someone but would love to clear that up.
Thanks! |

Yes Ryan it is March 1974...which for history Info. From May 1973 to May 1974 was the first year of the LDG and they were all the same single/single fingers(best sounding fingers shobud ever made)and barrel tuning. and that first year is the only time they added "Green Tint" to the spay texture underneath...on ALL Sho~bud models to commemerate the first year of the new model LDG.
So yours is the same as any LDG made during that '73 to '74
It's a GREAT one.
Lloyd has the first; I have the second and they are the only ones with White underneath; before they came up with the green tint idea. Here's a pic of lloyd showing me his and mine upside down in front of fireplace.
