The photo is right. The yellow dots lead you off a cliff.

There are two cliffs. Middle finger in the photo is out of position (should be on string 3), plus the yellow dot.

How about the “0213”........ should be “0212”?

I assumed those are finger numbers, not fret numbers, but who knows. With instructions like this, it could be the date.

Ukes are really popular with millenials. They learn on their cell phones via youtube.. Those pictures are just props. if they can't learn it on their cell, they're moving on.
