I don't have a ton of information on this; there's very little info out there on Del Vecchios in general, and even less on their electric instruments. The company was Brazilian, as evidenced by "S. Paulo" embossed on the headstock decoration. I'm guessing from the overall styling that it was built in the 1950s or 1960s.
The steel has a scale length of about 24 1/8". There's a single-coil pickup behind the hand rest, and it has moderate output with a bright and clear tone. It is likely that the tuner buttons are replacements, but everything else is probably original. There's a fair amount of cosmetic wear and a small cracked area around one of the knobs (see photos) but no significant structural damage. It comes with a non-original gig bag.
Asking $400 including Paypal fees and shipping in the US.

Delvecchio is best known for their unique resonator guitars played by Chet Atkins, Jerry Reed, Los Indio Tabajaras and others. |
