Hey everyone, im new to the site and glad to be here. I picked up a Sho Bud pro-1 and just got a Sho Bud Christmas Tree amp to go along with it.
It's been modded from the factory with an added mid control on each channel, and a "longer" and "deeper" reverb. There's also a switch marked "amp" or "phones" and I can't figure out what that does. I have the factory schematics with the mods drawn in on it, which i can provide if needed
Id love to get some help learning more about this amazing amp

Hi Nicholas
Nice sounding amps those Sho~Buds . The preamp is pretty much a transitor version of a typical Fender preamp , and the output section is taken from the RCA Transitor Manual , minus the protection circuit as I recall . Came supplied with a JBL D 130F speaker . About 60 watts RMS .
I had one a few years back , though it was a real warm , good sounding amp . Heavy though .

Nicholas,
Would it be possible for you to post those schematics?

On Saturday I played through one with my D-10 Franklin at a buddy's home, very nice sounding amp,
I also left a note for Santa, Christmas wish list. |

Probably just turns off the speaker? Do the headphones work in the 'amp' mode? |
