Topic: Looking for some one to teach or give some guidence |

Hey there Gents,
I'm looking for someone in PA that would be willing to get together maybe once or twice just to give me a little guidance maybe learn a few new licks patterns techniques ect.. Been playing for around 2 years. I've learned alot in that time and have done some studio work and a hand full of gigs with the steel so i have a pretty decent understanding of it and everything is coming together well but without another steel player to go off of everything i know has been from ear or youtube ect ect. Im certain ive developed bad habits and the like. Nothing like learning a thing or two from someone in person.
So if there is anyone out there that would wanna do that please let me know of course im willing to pay for your time and id be willing to travel a little ways as well.

| Donny, there are quite a few steel pickers in Pa. What part of the state are you in? I know several on the East side of Pa. |

| You may want to talk to Tom Vollmer. Tom is in Hamburg Pa. and he's on the SGF. He holds steel jams in that area and there are usually eight or more players and a great backup band. I'll text him and let him know you're looking for some steel guys. |
