I have one I'm planning to sell, it's set up as a uni with 7 pedals and 5 knees. It's was originally built in '86, it's in very good cosmetic shape. I've replaced the pot metal changer fingers, knee lever brackets and many of the bell cranks and other parts with new and as-yet unused custom fabricated 6061 aluminum parts. Tailpiece is tapped for split screws.
At the moment it's still partially disassembled. I still need to re-install most of the pull rods and a couple of other details to finish setting it up, but don't have a lot of spare time at present. I might find some motivation if you're interested, I could set it up for any copedent you wanted. I would probably want to get about $2500 for it.

It's 3 raise 2 lower, same changer as the Super Pro (sans the pot metal) and yes, I could set it up however you wanted. If you need a third lower on a couple of strings there are ways to set that up, either with a Tom Bradshaw style jumper block or just using a half-tone tuner underneath. I have lots of Sho-bud parts and can usually make most misc stuff needed in my shop. It's currently set up with the vertical lowering 5 and the left knees raising & lowering 4 & 8, Emmons currently but easy to flip Es to Day if that's your preference, or to the right knees. Nothing else is hooked up yet. _________________ All lies and jest, still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest - Paul Simon |
