Up for sale is my SD10 3x4 Derby, Emmons setup. As far as I know, it was made in 2006 (I could be wrong on that, serial #414, maybe someone can confirm?)
It’s in great condition; there are some very minor imperfections on the metal trim pieces, but nothing that couldn’t be polished up. The threads on 2 of the legs are a little rough, no problems screwing them in or anything, just for full disclosure; I’m sure that would be easily remedied as well. Pad is in great condition, as is the fretboard, and pretty much everything else.
It’s a really sweet sounding steel that has low mileage; I’ve played it for a couple hours or so total, now it’s just sitting in the case. Not sure how many owners, but it has been very well taken care of. I’m only selling it because I have fairly long legs, and the pedal positions are a few inches in from what I’m used to, I also have another SD10 that I got in a package deal with the Derby.
It has gauged rollers, ½ stop on RKR, comes with the 2 original knee lever flags (I took them off), the little pedal bracket thing (I think that’s what it is? Took that off too), pedal bar is drilled for more pedals, leg bag, and a Thomas case that’s in great condition (a scrape or two on the outside of the case, but it’s rock-solid). Comes with a couple hex keys for adjustments, and 3 homemade pedal rod extenders for tall people.
Here’s the copedent, I didn’t really want to type out all the notes, so just ask if any questions!
A: +5&10
B: +3&6
C: +4&5
LKL: +4&8
LKR: +1,-6
RKL: -4&8
RKR: -2&9
$2,300 shipped to the lower 48, PayPal or cleared check. If you’re near the Four Corners area, I could meet for a pickup and knock the price down some. I’m a straight-shooter, so no funny business! Should there be any issues I’m happy to work them out; feel free to PM me with any questions. I’ll try to check my inbox frequently, but please be patient, I don’t spend a lot of time online!
Thanks!
Ben
PS, I know my deck needs a new paint job...

Wow! What a deal. IMO, these are better than an Emmons
(from a mechanical stand point) Great deal. _________________ Emmons SKH Le Grande, '73 Fender P/J bass, Tick tack bass, Regal high strung, USA Nashville 112. |
