I found these in my father's shop. Anyone have any idea what they are?

Those are Fender 22.5" boards from either pre-Stringmaster (Dual Pro, Custom) or Stringmaster.

Thank you, Jon. Good to know what they are. These are around 18.5" long.

Just so there's no misunderstanding, Terry -- over time Fender made 3 different scales, measured from nut to bridge -- 22.5", 24.5" and *26" (*only very briefly). All three fretboards will measure differently from fret to fret and are not at all interchangeable. You can tell which you are looking at by how many frets & dots there are above the 24th fret.

You're welcome. And just in case a forum search lands someone here, looking for Fender fretboard scale info, here's the money shot:

-- 4 dots after the 24th fret == 26" scale

-- 3 dots after the 24th fret == 24.5" scale

-- 2 dots after the 24th fret == 22.5" scale

Nicely displayed on what appears to be an attractive berber carpet.
