Need nuts that fit the gauges I am using. Strings are rattling when played open and a couple of strings rattle under the tone bar.

Which string gauges are you using? Which specific strings are buzzing? More information would help us help you figure out what's going wrong. I don't know of anybody who has spare Stringmaster nuts for sale. You'd probably have to have a machine shop make replacements.

Ron,
The simplest way to solve your buzzing problem is to change your string gauges...
One guitar nut turned in a good machine shop with the proper surface finish plus plating will cost you at least five times the price of a new set of strings..
I've been there, and done that.............
Strings are cheap, cheap, cheap compared to the cost of machine set up time and human labor...

| Ron, If you're handy with a few basic tools, hacksaw, drill (or better a drill press) and a file, you can make one yourself. Just get a 3/8" stainless steel(or reg steel,alum., or brass) bolt from ACE hardware & duplicate original, using a small triangular file to cut grooves to your liking. Grind and/or finish file rounded ends. Take time to accurately mark, start & drill/counterbore mount holes. Polish/buff out for shiney finish. Thanks for the help and ideas.
One of the nuts is just fine with C6 tuning/gauges.
Second nut has very wide .070+ U shaped grooves in the low strings and graduates upward. I compromised like John Tipka suggested and use an E13 tuning with big ole strings on the bottom.
Number 3 nut is a problem in that all the grooves are wide and U shaped. Strings gauge changes won't fix this rascal.
I will contact Cougar guitars.

| A T-8 for $500, now there's a deal! You might watch your string gauges. Don't put strings on there that are too big. You'll have rattle and can ruin the tuners. |
