Im not computer friendly and doing this on my phone So I’ll try this one more time. This D12 was in such corroded condition from being stored in a dirt floor basement that I didn’t know if it could be saved or not. I have cleaned all the parts except for the changer and linkage devices polish the aluminumTo a fair state and now it looks OK. I restrung it turned the front neck to E9 And the back neck to C6. It has eight paddles to need levers of which only pedals Six, seven and eight Affect the c6 neck, Every thing else affects the front neck. No labels or names anywhere I could find so don’t know who made it.I know nothing about a 12 string so I’m not sure of the pedal and lever tuning. I just turned The necks and not the petals or levers. Both nuts and rollers need replaced the changer has some grooving on the front neck and is dirty And I’m not the person to take it apart and clean it. All the mica and any decorative trim Is mostly gone. I made a peddle board and I am having one pedal worked on as it was seized on the pivot rod. At this point it does play and everything functions and it sounds fairly decent to me. I am going to try again to upload some pictures and a picture of The copedent. I hope the pictures work this time and maybe I can find a little more information about it .Thanks for reading my rambling

Wow, that looks pretty cool! I wonder who played it previously. Can't wait to see it when it's all done. |

Interesting guitar. What do all the switches do? I see it has 2 jacks. Is each pickup wired to it's own jack?
As far as tunings go, the ones you listed make absolutely no sense to me. If your goal is to play the sounds and licks you heard on records, radio, etc, those tunings most likely won't get you there.
Still a cool guitar. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . Playing for 55 years and still counting. |

Looks homemade to me? Are the pullers welded to the cross shafts? Changer looks mechanically like push/pull. Likely built before all pull changers were introduced? _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Carbon Copy Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal, Effects Pedals. 1949 Epiphone D-8. |

The changer looks more like a pull/release to me.

I won’t finish anymore of this d12. I will offer it for sale after making a case.
The pullers are welded to the cross shafts .
Don’t know how to price it maybe take some offers.
With that it will be fairly cheap.
