Keyhead hanger pouch for your picks and possibles.

I still have a couple of these around. As you can see, one of the tabs is longer than the other and it's a little "grainier" for lack of a better term.

The material is pigskin I guess or split leather, I dunno. Suede like soft and tough material. Taken from a hide I bought at Tandy.

Hand lacing old school style. Nickel snap button. App 5 x 3 1/2" folded and snapped.
