I ordered a pickup from Nashville steel guitars but have not heard anything back from the company. Does anyone know anything about this place?

Yes - it's run by some of the finest people that I've met. Just give them time to get the part to you, as we are in challenging times with the virus. You will get what you have ordered - no question.

Thank you Ken! That makes me feel better. I’ve left a voicemail and sent an email but haven’t heard anything. I’ve never dealt with this company before and it was starting to make me nervous.

Oh man. That’s not a good sign. I really hope I can get in touch with them so I can at least get my money back.

Wait -- they accepted payment? If you can't make direct contact with someone, I'd cancel that. If you do make contact, report back. If they are not interested in communicating their status to the steel guitar world, then we owe it to ourselves to share whatever first hand experience & info we can.
First hand, not gossip. And that would include 'yes, they are still doing business'.

The payment went through pay pal and they have been completely unresponsive to email, phone calls (voicemail left), or Facebook messages.

You'd best research how much time you have to file a PP claim. Sure would be nice if you didn't have to but you just may. My first hope is that you hear from them.

Coincidence that this thread came up. A reference to Cobra Coil strings today made me wonder what happened to them and the supposed move to Texas.

Steel Guitars of Nashville? Their website is still up in the forum links under vendors. There are no updates concerning any location moves etc.
