Honestly, when paired with a pair of D-120’s, this is the best sounding solid state amp I’ve ever heard. I’m selling because I just don’t use it much, if I were gigging(remember that?)
I wouldn’t be parting with it. It’s never been out of the music room and is in great shape. Comes with all original packing etc. $450+ shipping[img]

Have you used this for pedal steel, just wondering how it compares to the Quilter Steelaire Rackmount |

I bought it to use with pedal steel, it’s great.
I haven’t done a side to side with a Steelaire. I did do a direct comparison with the first version of the MicroPro through a 15, and a Steelaire. I liked the MicroPro more. I have since done a side to side with the 202 and the MicroPro. I sold the MicroPro and kept the 202.
The 202 has tons of power and excellent eq control from fairly simple controls. It is the closest sound to a twin reverb that I’ve ever heard from a solid state amp.
If I sell this and return to regular gigging, I’ll certainly buy another one. |
