Guitar has been played and used for sure. Has wear to prove it. Comes with case but not a martin case.

The neck is good on the guitar. No reset needed.
The bridge is solid to the top of the guitar and as it should be. The first string at the 12th fret is just clear of the thickness of a quarter.
