For the past couple of years people have been asking for a live version of my adaptation of "Nightlife" for C6 lap steel so here it is.

I saw Mick play this live and it’s very impressive. Lots of forward and reverse slants. Hard to believe it’s not played on a PSG. |

Smoooth, Mick. Haven't heard you play in a while. Nice touch and beautiful sound. That's your Remington, right? _________________ David K |

Thanks for the comments.
Dave - Yes that is a Remington and very lucky to have it. As far as I know it is the only one in the UK. Slants took a bit of getting used to after the National as the scale length has jumped from 23" to 24" but it's getting there. As Lloyd Green once said - "You have to make friends with these things". It is fitted with George L E66 pickups. _________________ MSA Classic 12 string Universal, Remington Steelmaster D8, National D8 Console x 2, George Boards Lap Steel, National New Yorker. |

Just terrific, Mick and even better than your first version. Best non pedal version I’ve heard. _________________ Steel Guitar Books! Website: www.volkmediabooks.com |

Fabulous Mick. I've been playing your tabbed version for a few months now and really enjoy playing it - hopefully in public before too long !Thanks again for this remarkable tab. |
