You still can buy these Delays, used, Guitar Center, Sam Ash and almost every Music store here in South Florida no longer carries new ones out of the box.
These unit were replaced with the new Boss DD3T, it features a "Tap" effect, cost $139, and the mentioned vendors above have the new version in stock. I don't need a Tap effect.
So if anyone out in Forum lands knows where I can purchase one of the older model Boss DD3s,(new) please replay. |

As I type there are several new DD-3s listed on eBay (and DD-3Ts as well). |

There may still be a few NIB ones left somewhere, but I thought they discontinued manufacture of the original DD3 several years ago? |

DD-3s had been in continuous production from 1986 to 2019 and were marketed alongside the DD-5, DD-6, and DD-7. New old stock DD-3s are readily available at present, but they won't last forever. There are literally millions of used DD-3 pedals in circulation. |

eBay , Craigslist, Pawnshops, and Reverb ?
They made a ton of theses, and six stringers are prone to “ upgrading†constantly.
Shouldn’t be hard to find.
Best of luck with the search. |

I went back a little further than the DD-3.
I am presently using a DD-2.

I have a DD-3 I'd sell for $100 Shipped, if you can't find a new one.

Larry,
I figured if a DD-3 is good, a DD-2 is better!

If you elect not to hold down the pedal or plug an external footswitch into the newer DD3T to use that functionality, it’d seem to me you got all the options you want and none you don’t.
Right??? |

Who could fix a nonfunctioning one at a reasonable price? |

I have a DD3 and I really enjoy it. It really adds to the reverb. |

I set my delay for just a little "slap back" effect.

Me too. But I prefer the analog delay from Keith Hilton to the three different BOSS units I've owned. |
