Topic: Single coil pickup options for GFI Ultra? |

Hi,
I have a D-10 Ultra on the way, with the GFI2 pickups. I'll give them a long try and listen before I do anything, but I loved the sound of the Truetone pickup I had in an 8 string lap, and might want them in the psg. I know GFI used to have those as an option, but no more. Short of finding a pair of Truetones used, what other single coil options are out there for the GFIs?
If I'm looking used, what size do I need?

| Jim..GFI guitars require wide mount pickups but best to check the height of any replacement unit as there is no provision for adjustment, the cavities are routed specifically for the George L built factory units. |

True Tone in my GFI works well.
I would like too try a alumitone pickup they really sound good in a BMI an BMI STEELS HAVE A ALUMINUM FRAME LIKE the GFI

I had an Alumitone in GFI Ultra and it worked great.
