Hi All,
Unfortunately I have to sell my double neck Sho-Bud Pro III Steel, and soon my Amps and most of my Study Course Collection (Lots). But for Now I’m starting with the Pro III. It is a D-10, 8 Pedal, 4 Knee lever model with George “L†Pickups and Hard Case. I’m asking $3,000. Plus shipping. Can deliver if "close" or during my upcoming trip through Washington, Oregon and Northern California.
Hope Pics are OK, I tried to reduce size without removing too much quality.
Thanks for looking, Matthew I also have more images

WOW; "1977">this is one of the last(round cross-shaft; two hole puller; curved knees; cutdown wide pedal) Pro~III Custom built before the "hex cross-shaft and EVERYTHING Pot metal Superpro came out, a few months later.
Mathew I'm so sorry you have to let it go; and it is worth every penny and then some; any price you put up.....THIS is a "SHO~BUD">Period !!!!!!! and it is "drop-dead gorgeous....
Good luck.

I generally refrain from gushing over other’s ads, but this guitar hits all my soft spots. Wow...
My first steel was a Pro III with a two up/two down changer. It was in half as good shape as this and it sounded amazing. I’d recommend that anyone who has ever considered getting a classic Sho-Bud D-10 to scoop this one up. I sure would if I could!!!

So sad you have to sell this beauty.
Remember that because of it's weight.
By the time you get it boxed and shipped in the US, you are probably looking at $300 +- for Shipping/insurance.
Just in case you did not know. _________________ AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps. My current rig of choice is 1993 Emmons LeGrande w/ 108 pups (Jack Strayhorn built for me), Goodrich OMNI Volume Pedal, George L's cables, Goodrich Baby Bloomer and Peavey Nashville 112. Can't get much sweeter. |

Mathew I’ve been looking for pedal steels in Montana and this is the closest around me plus it’s such a beauty Sho-Bud. Where-ish in Washington? I’m in Missoula myself.

I don't want to hijack your thread, but I shipped an SD10 LeGrande from Texas to Nashville a couple of months ago and it was 105.00 with my packaging. |

I dunno, I’ve been looking but not finding anything in the Pacific Northwest states/provinces , except for this, and it’s even Sho~Bud. Mathew if you’re in eastern Washington then western Montana is in your neighborhood. I’m nervous about buying such a beautiful instrument shipped across the continent no matter what that shipping cost is. |

As Ricky said, this guitar is ALL classic Bud, with some of the best parts they ever used, unlike the "improved" models that came a bit later... This is a great guitar, basically at teardrop lever, two hole puller 2 up 2 down Pro II with , round cross shafts cut down pedals, and then aluminum necks added to make it a Pro III... I had one equipped just like it years ago, and it was a VERY good guitar, and at the time, I didn't realize it was a rare transition model.. So sorry you must sell her. bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!
