I've owned this guitar for a long time and I have no idea what year it is or what the value of it is?

I had one that looked just like the one you've shown. It was a model #105, built in either 1970 or 71. I've seen them sell for around $300 or so. (I gave mine away to a new student.) Sounded pretty good but nothing special.
