Good work, shows what steel is best at. Proves, again, it could have a place in indie, alternative, etc. (Imagine steel on an Of Monsters & Men track, to name one concept). Upload more when you have 'em. Thanks |

Thanks y’all, I do agree that steel has a place in indie and alternative music. Just like anything else. Maybe the right opportunities don’t come up for steel players in pop music yet, but everyone I work with in a pop setting is very open to it and it’s something they usually don’t consider as an option! |

Sounds good. I think steel guitar is applicable most everywhere. I think the biggest issue is overcoming preconceptions and stereotypes about it shared by other musicians. But I think that is gradually changing. Unless it hits huge prominence by a big star, I think that change will be more evolutionary than revolutionary. |
