could use some direction for the best way to connect the lexicon mpx-1 to the nashville 400

What I see the MPX1 is a "line level" device. Thus on a NV400 I would connect it between the Preamp Out and Power Amp In on the back.

Its not low instrument level, the Pre EQ Patch on the front is also low level and won't provide satisfactory operation.
