I just want to thank these two gentlemen publicly for the excellent service they have provided me recently. Al was a big help with determining how to go about fixing a screw up of my own doing on my Carter 12-string, and sent me the parts which worked perfectly. Basil somehow managed a personal crisis in his life while getting one of his Eezzee slide bars to me from halfway around the world in spite of postal service backups. These are not easy or fun times for sole entrepreneurs. My hat is off to both of them.
