I'm very sorry to hear of Tommy's passing. I've known him for 41 years and he was my friend. He and Don "Babe" Barr and I would get together when I was briefly in off the road and we sure had fun.
I remember well, when he got his brand new Franklin guitar. He was so proud and happy with it. When I got home from a road trip he wanted me to come over to see it right away. I did go and I can picture that like it was yesterday... very cool..!!
My prayers and sympathies go out for Tommy, his family and friends. God Bless them all and may The Lord keep Tommy in His embrace..!!
Sincerely,
Chris "Tiny" Olson |

I can still see that big robust smile on Tommy's face.
On another note:
Nick, please try and be a little more passionate and reserved and caring in your choice of words. _________________ Email: azpedalman@gmail.com

Tommy substituted some for me when I was playing the Manvel Opry Texas, and became a friend who loved to talk steel guitars and music. I will miss him.
